Carolyn Osolinik served as Chief Counsel for Senator Edward Kennedy of Massachusetts. One of her clients is Vizient, the country’s largest provider-owned healthcare performance improvement organization and group purchasing organization. She represents Vizient before Congress, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Food and Drug Administration and other agencies.
