Carolyn Osolinik served as Chief Counsel for Senator Edward Kennedy of Massachusetts. She represents clients before Congress and federal executive branch agencies, including the Executive Office of the President. One of her clients is Vizient, the country’s largest provider-owned healthcare performance improvement organization and group purchasing organization. She represents Vizient before Congress, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Food and Drug Administration and other agencies. She also represents Grand Hotel, a major, historic hotel on Mackinac Island, Michigan, in connection with foreign guest workers and other policy issues.
Edward Correia has represented clients before Congress, the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and other federal agencies. He has also represented clients, including major medical device manufactures before state legislatures and state regulatory agencies. Correia has written extensively about healthcare regulation and organization, including recent articles on Accountable Care Organizations and aligning physician incentives with the goals of large healthcare organizations.
